Inspired by Annie’s Project – Virtual by Zoom

Inspired by Annie’s Project and the new Missouri Agriculture, Food and Forestry Innovation Center (MAFFIC) have partnered to teach new and existing producers how to add value to agricultural products in this six-week course focused on five areas of agriculture: poultry and eggs, meat, cottage foods, produce, and dairy.
Presenters will cover topics such as: marketing, record keeping, sales tax collection and remittance, inventory control, regulations, and food safety.

Class:  Value-Added Agriculture

Dates: Monday evenings, April 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15 and 22 from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
